What are CNTNRs made out of?

Our products are 3D printed from PLA+ filament. This plant based plastic is renewable & eco-friendly. 

RND with other materials is a constant background effort.

How durable is a CNTNR.?

At the end of the day, our products are made out of plastic. However, they can definitely take a beating. The PIC_PAC also snaps into place to mitigate damage to the pick/poker end.

Is it waterproof?

Yes, the body, cap & o-rings all seal up on each other very nicely. Endurance underwater tests are yet to be performed. But for any daily-use or adventure scenario you have nothing to worry about.

Is there a warranty?

Our current strategy for launch is a one year warranty from purchase date. This is subject to adjustment once we assess how CNTNR’s hold up out in the world. PIC_PAC component is not subject to this warranty.

OUR_TIPS_TO_YOU:

1. When introducing new bodies or caps to each other it’s important to start slow & give it a few repetitions the first time they are mated.

We do this for you at HQ on every cap & body, but it’s still a best practice to avoid cross-threading. 

2. Being plastic, use some caution when leaving it in your car during extreme temperatures. We’re thinking at a sustained internal temperature of above 120℉ or below 0℉ they may struggle with warping or brittleness. But more research is on the agenda.
